Life as we know it

So officially, one year ago today Jordon was diagnosed with diffuse large b cell lymphoma.  I would be lying if I said that I have not thought about cancer everyday since.  I wonder if there will ever be a day that it is not on my mind?  Every cough, stomach ache, headache, bead of sweat, or possible abnormality that Jordon has, it is always in the back of my mind.  Prayer has gotten us through this last year.  I can honestly say that I know what it is like to pray without ceasing.

Jordon is doing wonderfully.  I do believe he is healthier than he has ever been in his life.  Jordon has always been my sick child, the one that got everything first or if someone was going to have something, he was the one.  He really looks great!  Others even say that they believe he has looked better than ever.  Jordon has been well ever since his last treatment.  Jordon was at Childrens on the 24th of last month for his second to last breathing treatment.  They also did a CBC (complete blood count) and CMP (complete metabolic panel).  His numbers could not have been more perfect-seriously.  His immune system was that of a healthy child, and all his numbers were in normal range.  Jordon's next appointment is the 24th of this month.  This will be his last breathing treatment, last monthly appointment, and his next 3 month scan.  After the scan shows clear results, they will schedule a day to remove his port.  Jordon is so excited about this!

We would appreciate continued prayers.  Praises and prayers for continued good health.  Prayers for no long term side effects. Prayers for all following scans to be clear and blood work to be healthy.  Thank you!!!
