After a doctor visit for a scratchy throat and 99.4 temperature, we received news that would take us through an unknown emotional journey. Jordon was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma on 7/12/11. On 1/26/12 Jordon rang the bell after his final chemotherapy AND on February 15, 2012 results showed Jordon was cancer free. His strength is truly heroic. Thank you Jordon's prayer warriors! We pray the Lord continues to carry Jordon through many decades of good health!

Healing
Jordon has come a long way from the un-alert, weepy, sore child we had last Thursday. We were talking about how much pain Jordon appeared to be in when he hardly moved after the procedure, and he tells us that he doesn't really remember the hospital stay or any of the pain (I am certain the medication he was on was stronger that we thought). He is quickly recovering and each day he needs less and less pain medication. They told us that he would not be able to return to school until he no longer needed pain medication at all (because they generally don't like to administer pain medication at school if he were to need it). Today he moved his left arm a little more (he has been favoring it because of the muscle tearing). He is still wearing the bandages, but in a few days we will be removing them. We have amazing peace right now and are enjoying the love of each other. The celebration of Valentines Day reminds us that the Lord loves us more than anyone and we are peaceful knowing that His love will carry us through the waiting of the results. We are still fervently praying for Jordon's healing.
