The weather was beautiful for my travel back up to St. Louis.  I sincerely enjoyed my time with the girls but was anxious to get back up to St. Louis and ask the questions that Kenny did not :).  Don't get me wrong he did a great job of taking care of him and being the relaxed, laid back, carefree dad that he is, but it was time for the balance team to be back together.

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how different Jordon looked.  I imagine that he has changed a little every day but since I haven't seen him in more than 24 hours his appearance looked quite different.  But all in all I think he looks amazingly well.

So during my sit down with the doctor she informed me what to expect over the next couple of months.  This will be considered "round 2".  After each round they re-scan Jordon with a CT scan to evaluate the reaction of the chemotherapy.  She told me to expect the entire process and all the rounds to take at least 9-12 months.  During the next week Jordon will receive 2 days of chemotherapy through his IV and three injections (one every other day) of chemotherapy through a spinal tap or intrathecal injections.  Jordon is on the first day of round 2 and had one medication of chemotherapy and did really well today.  This type of chemo often causes vomiting and flu like symptoms.  So far he has not experienced any symptoms.  God is GREAT!!  In fact he is eating and drinking very well.  His craving is salt-pickles, beef jerky, popcorn, and chips.

For those of you that I told we will be home on Friday or Saturday, it appears that has changed.  I have learned to be flexible around here cause just like life you don't always know what to expect.

Thank you for your continued prayers and encouragement.  We have not had to worry about anything except getting Jordon better, and we are leaving that worry in our healers hands.  Everyone has been wonderful, supportive and amazing.
